Ugly, ugly movie, made even worse by having such nice and fluid (I am so, so sorry) animation.
I've been thinking about a little side project. Basically, giving Let's Playing a whirl. Sort of like those 'My Thoughts' blogs for games I consider inspirations, but with YouTube videos of my horrible rusty gamer skills while I talk about the game/s, what I think about them, and what I learned from them as a story-teller.
You guys and galls any interested in that? Or do you want a proof of concept first?
I let slip a while ago that I had yet to see the season finale, and StrangeReasoning requested I give my first impression when I actually got around to it.

Due to circumstances outside of my control, I've been missing a lot of MLP. I managed to catch this one, though, and I gotta say... I quite liked it.
Last night, I went to sleep with rage in my heart and disgust on my tongue. I hated this Mania from the bottom of my goddamn heart. I changed my name on Kik to "Fuck Roman Reigns", and I went to sleep unhappy. I decided to sleep on things before I gave my input on the show, so I passed out right there on my couch.
Then, I awoke, and I feel a bit differently.
So, I'm gonna break it down, ignoring the preshow (because, really, who gives a shit?)
That episode... I'm kinda down the middle on it.
Six days ago, astronaut Mark Watney became one of the first people to walk on Mars.

3) Those horrendous, god-awful, hideously out of place facial animations on the train. Jesus, those expressions don't belong in this show.

You know that type of fan-fiction? That's actually decently good on its own merits, the author quite clearly has a lot of love for the material, but s/he just~ can't seem to nail the original tone?
Well, give it a Hollywood budget, a script solid enough to get some of the big name stars to come work with you, and that's about it, really.
Just saw it. It was really good, just as I expected.

) was made 96 years ago. A glacial pace, unnecessary repetition, quite a few scenes that made me roll my eyes because I got it five second in but they went on for fifty, unnecessary repetition and...
I know I can be rather rambly in these, but this time I think I can keep it short and sweet.
Do you like Binding of Issac, but think it got a bit stale after the millionth hour? Or like the concept, but the poop, tears and naked babies aesthetic got too much?
Short version: This movie is brilliand, deranged, and brilliantly deranged.
You like the original book or just sureal things? Go out on Netflix and watch it now.

I was looking forward to a Rarity episode. I had high expectations for a Rarity episode. A Rarity episode reached said high expectations. I don't know what to do with myself anymore. Well, I know that I'm going to share my thoughts on the episode, so that's what I'm gonna do. So, without further ado, here are my thoughts on this week's episode, Rarity Changes Costumes... I mean... Rarity Investigates!

After the last time, I was approached by the author, Ether Echoes, and very politely asked to at least read the whole story before slamming it so hard.
And fine, I belive that is the type of manners and patience are things that should be rewarded, so I tried.
Oh god, how I tried. 
I won't go on about it that much. Just wanted to say that it was decent. Had its highs and its lows. Trixie was nice to see, but f*ck was she handled rather poorly. Something about her flavor was off.
Not bad, but not as good as Gauntlet of Fire.
